
Buru, Ho Jaa Shuru! Is what I just can’t resist saying, if I talk about the journey of Ashish Burande, the amiable young patisserie chef @naadcoffee.in who bakes pure magic! And the long lapse in time for posting this for various reasons .. Had sampled @burutheguru96’s amazing sourdough croissants, dark chocolate tart, jalapeño corn tart and those Palmiers! (Scroll to second pic to know) .. While I had got a taste of his amazing craft way back,in July 2025 when trials were in place, i hadnt been able to post about it (as in true spirit of founder @vikaspassary low-key and never rushing things unduly, I had got a feedback card to fill in my scores for various parameters, packaging, freshness, taste of course, etc, but which came with a rider: not to post on social media yet. Much later, even before the official launch the embargo on posting continued, since there was no Instagram handle ! Yes, that’s how Naad has been on a slow and bubbling brew and the fabulous results were there for everyone to see at the launch! This one has been long in coming but wish you a great innings !
