Dead tired after running last minute errands and packing/sorting the whole day as we transit from a regular apartment in Srinagar colony to a gated community in Kokapet. But just couldn’t resist posting this meal which we had for Sunday lunch : Bhaataw Au Aloo Mangsaw Tarkari, in other words the Odia version of Mutton curry made with big fat potatoes and some crisply fried Karela. I suspect the wait staffer who served us had the last laugh when he saw that we finished the fairly large bowl of rice after asking him to remove some of it! 😆Finger licking food and I’m proud to state that the cook at this guest house is Odia! Every single meal cooked by Ganesh is perfecto Can’t keep a good meal down, can you?
