Rajasthani cuisine is not always about Daal Baati Choorma, as delicious and popular as it maybe. Time to push the envelope a bit, maybe? How about this hearty Roth Platter with Malai Pyaaz : Khoba Roti, Malai Pyaaz ki Sabzi, Mirchi ke Tipore , Papad Churi, Ghee Boora aur Shakkar? @orlo.india has this beauty on it’s a la carte menu in the evenings. Afternoons are for set meals, mess-style and Rajasthani menus are also part of the rotating order. Grab a window side seat at Orlo for the most stunning views of Durgam Cheruvu, order this platter and any of the marvellous sodas made with fresh mixers (Kacchi kairi and Kokum-chilli were my faves!) and enjoy! ☺️
