With Durga Puja /Navratri celebrations commencing, food pop ups highlighting Bengali signatures and staples are an obvious outcome . The ongoing Saradiyar Bangaliyana hosted by the Sheraton Hyderabad (lunch & dinner until October 1st) brought home at a media/bloggers table the perfect Pujo vibes, thanks to the culinary artistry of chef Manik Mandal, CDP @sheratonhyderabad . Chingri cutlet/Dimer Devil/Beguni/Vehetable Chop fried hot and crisp. Luchi, Kosha Mangsho, Shorshe Hilsa, Basanti Pulao and Chingri Malai curry and last but not the least, the Kolkata Mutton Biryani. The baked rasgulla/Sondesh/Mishti Doi made for perfect sweet endings. For the festival, thete will be live counters serving Kolkata rolls, Puchka , Jhaal Muri and on Nabami, there’s also going to be Khichuri Bhoger style. Don’t miss this, it’s really good, you have my word for it !
