It’s the most wonderful time of the year, goes a popular Christmas ditty and we couldn’t agree more, especially after experiencing the Cake Mixing Sunday brunch recently at the Westin Mindspace Hyderabad. Joy, cheer and bonhomie were visible in abundance and the @westinhyderabad team had put up an impressive food & beverages spread, including the perfectly spiced & warm mulled wine as well as the food counters ranging from sushi and the exotic stuffed chicken breast with rose scented gnocchi (loved it!) to Galouti and Tortellini. The desserts counter was mind-boggling too .. the ritual of cake mixing (with wooden paddles, which was a new for me) was enjoyed by both guests and staffers and it marked the perfect launch of festive season! 💜🩷
