Kadamba! From my first glimpse of you, it’s been “Enchante” all the way ! Be it the cool Chaupal (pristine white in marble) vibe under the young Kadamba saplings with the killer ringside views of Durgam Cheruvu , lake, cable bridge lighting et al , the young and friendly team (right from the spirited Palash Kadam & his team who ensure everyone has a merry time to the amiable chef Sufi.. to your beverages/food listings, it’s 🩷💜all the way! the Aam-rood (tequila, salted pink guava soda) Aam Chur (tequila, aamchur and and the other Aam drinks which are anything but aam or ordinary and the absolute winner RumBha Ho, a tequila, pineapple, lemon pickle concoction are enough reason to go back. On the food listing I love your Crispy Nethallu (anchovies) Fry, The 50:50 (corn in 3 different avatars, sheer culinary art) and the Kolkata-based Peter Cat special Chalo Kebab a rare find in the city of Nizams. Love the Ghee Tari Macchi and the Taka Tak Mutton Boti too. The lip-smacking Compound Walla Ceviche (Seabass or similar) in a tangy, thick Pani Puri dressing, and covered with crisp wafers, however, was in a separate Michelin-grade league. Actually, the vegetarian dishes are even more culinarily nuanced, try the Farsi Ko Achaar , butternut squash paired with the crispest Ajwain Namak Para to know what I’m talking about. And yes, you have got to try the Dahi Puri here to know the top contender in this entire city for this humble little street food snack, skeptical me asked what DP with drinks? But I literally ate both my words & the crunchiest, tangiest filling waala Puri ! Late night shifters can take happiness in Maggi & shawarma as post dinner options,. Be warned, however, especially those with a sweet tooth that the desserts choices might be a tad limited, but like they say, it’s work in progress, guys! Besides, you don’t exactly come to a bar looking for desserts, right? 🤗🩷
