Jolly Bros & Co, the hottest spot in Hyderabad right now. Parsi cafe classics? Check. Hyderabadi humour? Double check! Step into Jolly Bros – where Parsi café nostalgia meets Hyderabadi masti! ☕🍽 As you enter, the red and white chequered tablecloths, brown and white floor and vibrant graffiti give a colourful welcome. They have some great Chakhna menu. You will get breakfast favourites such ad Bun maska, Irani chai, Akuri. In snacks it was a tough choice between Baby Prawn Tempura and Panko Fried Prawns, and Jolly Fried Chicken, Roasted Channa served crisp and sizzling. Some rather unusual dishes also caught my eye like these tiny deep fried whole fish, Bolanjir Rawa Fry similar to anchovies. They are known for their Biryanis and Old City Dal Gosht which was the best I have had with those soft, freshly baked paos. This is an extensive menu that has something-for everybody! The place has a light hearted energy, with quirky caricatures on the walls. One can’t help but love the duo of Nikhil and Naren, the Brand Sardar that gave the city such fantastic restaurants. With this one, they ace yet another vibe. Full- on old Colaba, Irani cafe, relaxed & entertaining vibes. The kind of place where you can spend hours chilling with friends in true Hyderabadi style. The drinks menu features sensational Picantes with alluring flavours. We tried the Guava and Chocolat and they were absolutely lipsmacking, hust my kinda cocktail, citrus, zingy and slightly spicy 🌶️. The Pallonji drink adds that typical Parsi setting. There was no space left for dessert but the Jolly Icecream Sandwich looked tempting. We saved it for another visit.
