Silken Tofu with Stir Fried kimchi at Korean fine dinery @hanok.seoulfulfood might appear deceptively simple but packs a punch. The silky soft textures of the otherwise bland tofu are complemented perfectly by the spicy, sweet and sour taste of the stir fried kimchi which to me is always an enhanced value-add to the uncooked kimchi as stir-frying it adds to the unique umami effect.
