Nomme Kitchen & Coffee Theatre has been garnering eyeballs on the gram for its optics-grabbing theatrics of coffee beans travelling in speed through glass beams on the ceiling, producing a delicious aroma of freshly ground coffee. @nomme.hyd scores marvelously on the food and coffee front too. I was elated to find a strong Mediterranean presence, (especially Lebanese and Turkish ) on the menu as Med cuisine is most decidedly a favorite. There is also pan Asian, Hyderabadi (and even avocado dosa offered on breakfast menu), perhaps in keeping with popular palates. Don’t miss the Hummus Trio : Date & Almond, Fig & Walnut as well as Avocado & Pistachio presented in crisp Kunafa baskets. Fresh flavours , innovative plating and healthy too, what’s there not to like? Lamb Urfa are perhaps the most deliciously addictive kebabs, juicy, perfectly textured and with a delicious finish, especially paired with the most delectable sour cream garlic dip and a red peppers dip. Beiruti Rolls are also very good! The Mutton Brisket served with honey & mushroom sauce was a definite highlight. For light eaters, options like the chicken Steak salad are the best. Keep space for desserts & coffee, they have a wonderful pastry chef. While their Kunafa and baklava are hugely recommended by one & all , I chose a white chocolate strawberry pastry, pillowy soft and delicious ! So was the Cherry kiss ! To end my meal, I chose Flat White Habibi, a middle eastern inspired coffee with chopped pistachios, which came in a big fat cup and saucer and there was bliss all around 🩷
