Firewater Neo Kitchen & Bar located in the buzzing food hub The District on Myscape Road in Financial District ticks all the right checkboxes, when it comes to contemporary dining spaces. Superb ambience, including spacious PDRs and conference venues, well-crafted cocktails and an inclusive food menu which extends from hyper local to global. Loved the views from the main dining area. The Charred Fig & Kale salad was as much on point as the Lehsooni Jhinga, Ghee Roast Mutton and Dahi Kebabs. But the absolute standouts for me were Royallu (prawn) Wada, (scrumptiously crisp with the prawn cooked most perfectly inside) and the Firewater Spl biryani which has both mutton & chicken. To end the meal, the Elaneer Payasam (presented innovative ly in a tall glass instead of a traditional metal utensils) Gadbad Gulab Jamun Falooda were indeed the cherries on the cake! 💜
