Kairos Kitchen & Bar ticks all the right boxes for a great watering hole, especially for residents of Sainikpuri in which this spacious bar on two levels is located. A good cocktails and food menu with live music bands/special gigs on weekends (there is a biggish stage) and party nights, Kairos also does well on the ambience front, especially the bright and green outdoors seating space. The food is mostly Hyderabadi, Continental and North Indian with a smattering of local specials. Notables worth a mention were the Old City Style chicken 65 (an amazing cocktail snacker). The Cajun spiced Fish fingers were fresh and crisp and the accompanying tartar sauce was perfect! The Mutton Shikampurs and Haleem were good, ;there is Nalli Gosht Biryani, Marag etc on the menu which I made a mental note of trying later) so was the roast turkey with cranberry sauce (it was Christmas time and must confess this post has been pending) Since the chef has worked with both Zaiqa E Hyderabad and Mountain Taste of Hyderabad, he brings forth both the Hyderabadi flavours as well as the global culinary sensibilities. Service could surely be a shade better though it’s early days. Summing up, Kairos surely deserves a thumbs up , best wishes to Team @kairos.hyd
