Day 15/21 of showing up stronger 💪🏼 Today was all about building strength progressively, without rushing the body. We began with gentle wrist circles and Downward Dog ↔️ Plank transitions to wake up the wrists, shoulders, and core. Then we layered the challenge step by step: ▫️ Incline push-ups on a stool ×10 ▫️ Option to drop the knees and continue with control ▫️ Incline push-ups with blocks ▫️ Push-up testing shoulder strength, then dropping the knees to come back up ▫️ Bolster push-ups with the bolster pushed slightly forward for a deeper range of motion 🔥 10 reps • 3 sets • lots of shaking arms 😅 What I love about this journey is that strength is not built in one dramatic moment. It is built in tiny repetitions of showing up, modifying when needed, and trying again. Women especially need upper body strength, not just for aesthetics, but for posture, bone health, joint stability, confidence, and longevity. ✨ And remember: Modification is not weakness. Modification is training intelligently. Now relax the shoulders, release the wrists, breathe deeply, and appreciate your body for all that it can do 🤍 Comment “push-up” to join our push-up challenge 💪🏼 Comment “online classes” to join our online yoga classes 🧘🏻♀️ #pragatiwithyoga #yogawithpragati #onlineyogaclasses #yogaforwomen #womenshealth
