Slow progress = real progress. 💪 ✅ Wrist warm-up in plank – 10 each side ✅ Plank to Downward Dog ✅ Plank to DD with one leg up – 10 each side ✅ Dolphin push-ups – 10 x 3 ✅ Negative knee push-ups ✅ Negative full push-ups ✅ Shoulder rolls ✅ Cow face arms ✅ Lateral stretch Remember: strength is not built in one rep… it’s built in consistency.
