Strong wrists + stable shoulders = better push-ups 💪 ✨ Sequence for today: • Wrist warm-up • Shoulder warm-up • Bhujangasana push-ups (10 × 3 sets) • Bhujangasana hold (10 breaths) • Scapula activation (10 reps) • Downward Dog → Ashtanga Namaskar → Bhujangasana flow • Knee push-up lowering (5–10 × 3 sets) • Shoulder stretches This is where the real foundation is built — control, alignment, and patience.
