Regular practice of Surya Namaskars helps in: • Improving overall strength, stamina, and flexibility of the body • Stimulating digestion and supporting healthy metabolism, especially during winter • Enhancing blood circulation and warming the body naturally • Balancing the endocrine system and supporting hormonal health • Strengthening the spine and improving posture awareness • Calming the nervous system while improving mental focus and clarity • Building discipline, consistency, and inner resilience over time As I move through Day 9 of this challenge, the intention remains to build capacity gradually, honouring alignment, breath, and awareness rather than chasing numbers.
