
Day 13/21— building the strength women are rarely taught to train ✨ Most women naturally have less upper body strength, which means push-ups feel harder, not impossible, just undertrained. And that’s exactly what we’re changing here 💪 Today’s focus wasn’t just reps but it was building strength from the ground up: • Wrist circles • Plank (one wrist turned up) • Plank (both wrists turned up) • Elbow plank • Down Dog → Ashtanga Namaskar → Bhujangasana • Half V-sit • Sukhasana lifts • Knee push-ups → full range of motion Because stronger wrists → better support Stronger shoulders → more control Stronger core → powerful push-ups We don’t skip steps here. We build strength intentionally and that’s how women get truly strong.
