Follow this sequence: ✨ Wrist Warm-up (10times)+ Wrist Stretch (10 breaths) ✨ Downward Facing Dog (1 minute) ✨ Downward Dog → Plank Transitions (10 reps × 3 rounds) ✨ Wrist Release (20in each direction) ✨ Plank → Uttanasana Walks (10 reps × 2–3 rounds) ✨ Wrist Release (2 movements) ✨ Knee Push-Ups (2–10 rounds depending on your level) ✨ Shoulder Stretch to finish Remember: It’s not about how many you do.
