Day 14 of the 21-Day Push-Up Challenge ✨ Today, we stepped away from atyadhik prayas — the yoga baadhak tatva of excessive effort. Because strength is not built only through pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s built through slowing down, releasing, listening. Today’s practice looked softer: • Shoulder release • Wrist release • Endurance-building knee pushups with a bolster And honestly? This is strength too. As women, we are often taught to keep giving, adjusting, accommodating… but not always taught how to build ourselves — physically and emotionally. That’s what this journey is about. Learning how to hold ourselves with strength, softness, resilience, and awareness. 💛 If you want to get stronger with me — not just in your body, but also emotionally and mentally — comment “PUSHUP” and join our WhatsApp community for daily practice, accountability, and support. 💪🏽 #pragatiwithyoga #yogawithpragati #onlineyogaclasses #yogaforwomen #pushupchallenge
