
EPISODE 6 - Mithaas Aur Masala Wali Diwali Suji Ladoo Try this homemade ladoo recipe and impress your guests! 🪔 Ingredients: Ghee – 1 tbsp Semolina – 150 gms Sugar – 100 gms Cardamom powder - 1/4th tsp Desiccated Coconut – 2 tbsp Milk – ½ cup Handfull of almonds, cashews and pistachios Dried Rose Petals – a small handful Procedure: Heat ghee in a pan. Add suji and roast until golden and aromatic, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Add sugar, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and milk. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Cook until the mixture thickens slightly and let it cool. In a small pan, heat ghee. Roast almonds, cashews, pistachios. Once the suji mixture is cool, add the nuts and rose petals and shape the mixture into small round ladoos.
