Tried and LOVED Gauhar Khan’s take on Sadeko Aloo! 🥔🔥 📝 Ingredients: 3–4 medium potatoes (boiled and peeled) 2 tbsp mustard oil 1 small red onion 2–3 green chilies 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Juice of 1 lemon Salt to taste 1/2 tsp methi seeds Pinch of hing 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Boil the potatoes until soft, peel, and cut them into cubes or thick slices. Set aside to cool. In a mixing bowl, add the sliced onions, green chilies, and spices (turmeric, red chili, salt). Add the lemon juice and boiled potatoes into the bowl. In a small pan, heat mustard oil until it starts to smoke slightly. Add meethi seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and hing. Pour the hot oil over the mixture. Toss everything together gently, coating the potatoes evenly.
