
9 Days, 9 Navratri Recipes ✨ Day 7 → Vrat Ka Dosa Batter Ingredients: ¼ cup Sabudana ½ cup Samak rice 1 Potato (diced) 2–3 Green chillies 2 inch Ginger 2 tbsp Curd Sendha namak (to taste) 1.5 + ¼ cup Water 1 tsp Cumin seeds A pinch Black pepper powder Fresh coriander Ghee Method: -Dry roast sabudana on low flame for 2–3 mins. -Blend sabudana, samak rice, potato, green chilli, ginger, curd, salt & water into a smooth batter. Rest for 15 min. -Adjust consistency with extra water, then add cumin, black pepper & coriander. -Heat tawa well → pour batter thinly to form dosa. -Drizzle ghee, cook on low till golden brown, flip & serve. ✅ Crispy vrat-friendly dosa is ready!
