Made a batch of cocoa puffs with sunflower seeds + chia seeds from @nourish.organics and I’m lowkey obsessed. Crunchy, chocolatey, and they happen to support hormone balance if you’re seed cycling 🌻🍫 Perfect for that luteal phase! Recipe: 🥣 Ingredients: 1 cup oats (quick or rolled, blended into flour) 4–5 soft dates, pitted (for sweetness and binding) 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (ground or whole) 1 tbsp chia seeds (whole) 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder Pinch of salt 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based; adjust for texture) 🛠️ Instructions: Roast the chia seeds and sunflower seeds in a pan. Soak dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if not soft. In a blender add - Oats, sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, Cocoa powder, Cinnamon powder, Salt, dates, milk. Pinch off tiny amounts of dough and roll into small balls. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Place the cocoa puffs in a single layer in the basket (use parchment if needed). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway. Let them cool completely—they’ll crisp up more as they cool. Enjoy with milk!
