
Monsoon forecast: 100% chance of this creamy butter, garlic, corn 🌽 Ingredients: 2 corn cobs 2 tablespoons butter 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk 1 tbsp parsley 1 tsp oregano 2 slices cheese (grated Instructions: Boil the Corn: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and boil for 5–7 minutes until tender. Let cool slightly, then cut the corn into pieces. Char the Corn: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corn kernels in a single layer and let sit for 2–3 minutes to brown slightly. Stir and cook another 2–3 minutes until some bits are charred. Sauté Onion & Garlic: To a pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and the chopped onion. Cook for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the flour, milk and mix well. Season: Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, dried parsley. Grate in your cheese. Add the corn pieces. Enjoy!
