
9 Days, 9 Navratri Recipes ✨ Day 5 → Crispy & Golden Sabudana Vada 🥔 Ingredients: Sabudana – 1 cup (soaked for 4–5 hrs in 1 cup water) Potatoes – 3 boiled & mashed Peanuts – ¾ cup roasted & coarsely ground Green chillies – 2 Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Curry leaves – 6 (chopped) Lemon juice – 1 Sendha namak – to taste Fresh coriander – handful Method: -Wash & soak sabudana for 4–5 hrs till puffed. -Roast and grind peanuts -In a bowl, mix sabudana, peanuts, potatoes, Green chillies, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves, Lemon juice, Sendha namak, coriander.
