Tangy, warm, and just what the weather ordered. 💛🍜 🍜Ingredients: 1 packet Maggi noodles 1¾ cups water 1 tsp butter 1 big garlic clove (finely chopped) 1 onion 1 small green chili Juice of half a lemon 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tbsp red chilly flakes 1 tbsp soya sauce Maggi tastemaker (comes in the packet) 🍜Method: Heat butter or oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion, and green chili. Sauté until fragrant. Cook the Maggi noodles. In a bowl add the sautéed garlic, onion, green chilli, maggi taste maker, red chilli flakes, lemon juice, soya sauce, chopped coriander and the boiled Maggi. Serve hot while the rain’s still pouring outside.
