
9 Days, 9 Navratri Recipes ✨ Day 3 → Sabudana Khichdi Ingredients (Serves 2–3): 1 cup Sabudana 2 medium Potatoes, boiled and diced 2 Green Chillies, chopped 1 tsp Cumin seeds 2 tbsp Ghee 1 tbsp curry leaves Rock Salt and black pepper powder, as per taste Fresh Coriander, chopped 2–3 tbsp Peanuts, roasted Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Instructions: -Wash sabudana thoroughly. Soak in water for 4–5 hours or overnight until pearls are soft but separate. -Heat ghee in a pan. -Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies, sauté for a few seconds. -Add boiled potatoes and lightly sauté. -Add sabudana and roasted peanuts to the pan. Cover and cook on low-medium flame. -Add rock salt and black pepper powder and cook for 3–4 minutes until pearls turn translucent and soft. Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon juice.
