
The moment it rains, the craving kicks in — nothing hits like a smoky, tangy Butter Garlic Bhutta! 🌧🔥🌽 Ingredients: 2 fresh corn cobs (bhutta) 1 tsp red chili flakes ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp green chillies, chopped 1 tbsp coriander 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 fresh lime, halved Butter Method: 🌽Boil the corn: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn cobs and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain and pat dry. 🌶️Prepare the masala: In a small bowl, mix together butter chilli flakes, green chillies, salt, coriander and garlic paste. Apply on the corn. 🌶️Air fry for smokiness: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Place the boiled corn in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until lightly charred and golden. 🌽Flavor it up: Dip a lime half into red chilli powder. Rub the juicy, spiced lime all over the hot corn. Brush more masala on the bhutta for extra flavor.
