
EPISODE 4 - Mithaas Aur Masala Wali Diwali Crispy Aloo Bomb Chaat Ingredients: 6 potatoes, boiled and halved Oil for deep frying 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small cucumber, finely chopped 1 small tomato, finely chopped ½ lemon juice 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste ½ tsp chaat masala 1 green chilli Sweetened yogurt Imly chutney Green chutney Sev for garnish Pomegranate Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish Method: For the filling - In a bowl combine - onion, cucumber, tomato, the centre part of the boiled potato, lemon juice, red chilli powder, cumin powder, Salt, chaat masala, green chilly. Boil potatoes and cut them into half. Cut a part of the bottom as well. Scoop out the centre to make a cavity for the filling. Deep fry the potatoes till crispy. Add the prepared filling as well as Sweetened yogurt, Imly chutney, Green chutney, Sev for garnish, Pomegranate, coriander.
