
Modaks made at home taste sweeter—try making them this Ganesh Chaturthi 🥰 📝 Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1½ cups milk powder 1 tbsp ghee ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios) for garnish 😌Instructions: Pour in the milk and warm it slightly. Gradually add milk powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps Add ghee. Keep stirring on low-medium heat until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan (about 8–10 minutes) Mix in the sugar and cardamom powder. Cook until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens again. Let the mixture cool just enough to handle Grease the modak mould with a little ghee. Stuff the mixture into the mould, press it well, then gently remove. Add a chopped pistachio or almond on top for a festive touch.
