Ingredients: 250g paneer (cut into cubes) 1/4 cup thick yogurt 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp Kasuri Methi 2 tbsp besan (roasted) 1–2 tsp mustard oil Salt to taste 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes 1 onion, cut into cubes Fresh coriander for garnish Lemon juice (to be squeezed on top) Chaat masala (sprinkle on top) Method- In the airfryer, mix the above ingredients. Cook at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and slightly charred. Squeeze lemon juice, chaat masala and coriander.
