Aritro's Post

OMG!!! Deepika Padukone just made us crave for idli, dosa, sambar, chutney and upma, so I had to head towards the newest South Indian cafe in Dehradun. I found the Benne Dosa beaming with beautiful contrast that every dosa lover wishes for. Crisp, golden edges giving way to a soft, buttery good... that melted with every bite. Pair it with the fresh coconut chutney and the flavourful sambar, and suddenly you forget you're supposed to be sharing. (Thankfully not in my case) The Idlis were unbelievably soft, airy, and light, soaking up the sambar without falling apart. Then came the Paniyaram, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, with just the right hint of smokiness within that kept me reaching for one more. The filter coffee exercise we all do so well kept me up with the food for long. But that's not it. Good food served in a space that instantly makes you feel calm is a god level cafe game. The earthy interiors carefully curated by the owners made my visit even more special.
