Bade Sahab milte hain Dehradun ke legacy hotels and restaurants mein! Right in the heart of Astley Hall, stands tall, Hotel President (Prez Restaurant). It isn't just any other restaurant. It's a window pane that once you hold ajar, keeps old days commemorating. Ordered their legendary mixed meat sizzler, and honestly… it doesn’t arrive, it makes an entry. The sizzle the loud, the aroma that it hits, and the portion? Proper old-school. Juicy meat, rich sauce, and that classic Indo-continental flavour that newer places CANNOT replicate. Kuch panne itihaas ke aise bhi! Then the tiramisu, absolutely boogly woogly mukhsh....soft, balanced, not overloaded. That's how proper the meal was. I could still see a few Doon School students dining in with their parents. Good old days are back and howwww! I can't wait to try out my old favourites again someday soon.
