One thing I’ve realised after travelling quite a bit — keeping a food backup is honestly a lifesaver. That’s how I landed up trying FOT – FUDZ ON TYM. These are ready-to-eat freeze-dried meals that are super useful when you’re travelling, stuck somewhere hungry, working late, or simply not in the mood to cook. The process is ridiculously simple — just add hot water, wait for a few minutes, and food’s ready. Since it’s freeze-dried, it’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and no refrigeration headache either. And the food is very familiar comfort-food type — things like Sambar Idly, Ven Pongal, Millet Dal Meal, Curd Rice, Rajma Gravy, Paneer Butter Masala and more. Honestly, some of it tasted surprisingly homely.
