Had a delightful time at the vibrant Christmas Brunch at Chill, the all-day dining restaurant at Radisson Blu, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The festive atmosphere was truly infectious, with live Christmas carols, Santa Claus greeting guests, a beautifully decorated sleigh with reindeer for photo ops, a selfie counter and open-air live counters adding to the holiday cheer. The brunch featured an expansive spread across European, Asian, Indian, and Telugu cuisines, laid out throughout the restaurant. From the live counter with sushis and a variety of dim sums, I sampled three non-vegetarian dim sums that stood out for their flavour and texture. A serving of roast chicken further elevated the experience. The al fresco live counters were buzzing with action, serving crowd favourites like Kothu Paratha, an assortment of kebabs (the tawa machhi was outstanding), and a range of colourful chaats. The Continental section was a personal highlight, featuring perfectly cooked BBQ pork Ribs, Chicken Pomodoro, and stuffed Jacket Potatoes. No festive brunch is complete without dessert, and from the generous dessert spread, the Chocolate Yule Log was my clear favourite. The regular Sunday Brunch at Chill is just as lively and consistently enjoyable, something I’ve experienced multiple times over the years.
