Hyderabad now has a restobar that’s worth visiting purely for the ambience, and Babylon Brewery & Club in the Financial District raises the bar for experiential dining in the city. Built meticulously over more than two years, the space is visually stunning, think grand arches, flowing fountains, Greek-style engravings, domes, and stone sculptures that make the restaurant feel larger than life. The club section, which comes alive on weekends for party lovers, has a separate entrance, adding a distinct nightlife identity to the property. In terms of sheer scale and visual impact, the only other place that comes close is Big Brewsky, Bengaluru. While the brewery operations are set to begin next month, the cocktail menu already offers plenty to look forward to. The Whimsical Punch (bourbon with basil and cold-pressed green apple), Babylon Paloma (tequila with raspberry and yuzu), and Picante were all beautifully balanced and memorable. Service deserves a special mention, despite the size of the venue, orders were served in an impressively quick time. The menu features a range of signature sharing platters, each with four to five dishes ideal for groups. The Turkish Platter (with standout Adana Kebabs) and the Chicken Wings Platter (four marinades, including a bold Mango Habanero) were clear favourites. The Loaded Pepperoni Pizza worked well too. Other dishes I’d happily recommend include the Mutton Pepper Fry, Aleppo Tandoori Prawns, and Almond Crusted Chicken. End on a sweet note with their signature desserts, Kataifi Ice Cream and the indulgent 20-Layer Chocolate Cake. If you haven’t visited Babylon Brewery, Financial District, yet, it’s a must-visit not just for the ambience alone. The food and drinks are the perfect finishing touch, and they deliver pleasantly. 📍Babylon Brewery & Club, Financial District, Hyderabad [Hyderabad, Restobar, Bar, Kitchen, Brewery, Freshly Brewed, Luxury, Aesthetic Ambience, Party Place, Nightlife, Nightclub, Hyderabad Nightlife, Food, Foodie] #foodaholix #hyderabad #nightlife #brewery #barandkitchen
