4Note, the new restaurant at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli is an exciting dining destination. Designed as a theatre of live kitchens, 4Note brings together cuisines and culinary traditions from across the world, each unfolding like an act on stage. It is like four kitchens in the same restaurant brought together by a common seating area. The four kitchens are – European, North Indian, Oriental and of course Telugu. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to choose their ambience while still enjoying access to all the live kitchens around them. The beauty of 4Note lies in this seamless union, the freedom to explore diverse global flavours from a single table, without boundaries. Each kitchen has its own detailed menu, so you can even opt to try out one at a time. Some of the dishes that I loved here – - Gamberi Di Aglio (a prawn preparation with tomatoes and olives from the European Trattoria) - Crispy Calamari (European) - Twice Cooked Pork Belly (The Asian Kitchen) - Steamed Fish Fillet (The Asian Kitchen) - Maga Tawa Fry (Shallow fried salmon from The Telugu Kitchen) Island Dusk (Hibiscus brew with grape fruit) and The Lost of Mind (Pineapple juice with chillis and coriander) were some of the mocktails I tried. What truly sets 4Note apart is its spirit of togetherness.
