A Night at Soi7: Where the Cyber Hub's Heart Beats I've been in this game a long time, and I've learned that a great evening out isn't just about the food or the drinks; it's about the atmosphere, the buzz, the feeling that you're right where the city's pulse is most vibrant. And in the glittering, often overwhelming landscape of Gurgaon's Cyber Hub, few places capture that feeling as well as Soi 7 Pub & Brewery. Perched on the top floor, this isn't just a place to grab a drink; it's a spectacle. The moment you step in, you're enveloped by a kinetic energy. There's the relentless throb of the DJ’s music, a soundtrack to the city's ambition, large screens projecting the intensity of a live match, and an eclectic crowd that seems determined to wring every last bit of enjoyment from the night. And if you're the sort who likes to see the action unfold, the outside seating is the best seat in the house. But let's talk about what truly matters: the food and the brew. The place is rightly famous for its craft beers, and while a good brew is a pleasure, the real surprise was how well the food held its own. I started with a couple of appetizers, and the first to arrive was the Chicken Kaarage. Now, I'm a firm believer that fried chicken, when done right, is a thing of beauty. This version—crispy, crunchy, and served with a zesty chili aioli and hot sauce—was a masterclass in texture and flavor. It was simple, unpretentious, and utterly delicious. Next up was the Buffalo Chicken Roll. Often, these kinds of fusion dishes can be a disaster, but this one worked. The combination of succulent fried chicken, the sharp bite of jalapenos, and a rich layer of mayo and sesame created a satisfying and surprisingly balanced bite. For the main course, I decided to stick to the classics, and that's often the true test of a kitchen. The Butter Chicken with Garlic naan paratha was exactly as it should be—creamy, rich, and comforting, with the garlic naan adding that perfect aromatic flourish. The Tawa Chicken with Poodina paratha was robust and flavorful, a dish with character that wasn't afraid to announce itself. #cyberhub #lynkupindia #lynkupapp
