If a restaurant has maintained its highest quality standards for decades, you know you can blindly trust them for brunch. When you're back to Dehradun for good, you first revisit places that taught you what good food is all about. It's not always about taste, or the ambiance or even the vibe. It's about comfort that you've developed that when nothing works, you know you have something really good still there. That's what the best place is all about. @sunsetddun is just that! In my 9 years of being a Doonite, I've seen restaurants take birth and die in a matter of few months but the ones that remain consistent through and through, stay at people's souls. It cannot be toppled. Sunset Home Kitchen serves the best spaghetti, best chicken lollipop and the best drinks in Dehradun. There's no real competition to it at this stage and there won't be any as well. With that texture at every bite, plus having a vegetarian bestie with you, you know the food is all yours lol haha. Prachi @thatinquisitiveme is an encyclopedia of Dehradun and I'll keep saying that. We always end up discussing things for which a separate Netflix series should be made. The pasta at Bistro is inevitably humongous because it's almost bucket-sized and you cannot have it all by yourself no matter how foodie you are! Burp! Keep the great food coming.
