
Day 2 of coming back to my practice 🤍 Kal Day 1 mein maine bas apne body ko pyaar se wapas movement mein laya — gentle stretches for lymphatic drainage, circulation aur thoda sa grounding… aaj Day 2 felt a little different ✨ Aaj ka focus tha woh bloating and heaviness jo long gaps ke baad body mein aa hi jaati hai. So I moved through postures like Sarvangasana, Setubandhasana, Ardhamatsyendrasana, Marichasana, Vajrasana, Mandukhasana and of course, kuch Surya Namaskars — bas itna sa movement aur body ne phir se breathe karna shuru kar diya.
