
After a 2-week break, I finally rolled my mat out again today And it honestly felt like such a relief… like my body was quietly waiting for me to return. I didn’t push myself into big flows or anything intense, I just eased in with tiny movements and soft stretches, and it reminded me how good it feels to simply show up. If you’ve missed a week, a few weeks, or even months… please don’t be hard on yourself. We all fall off sometimes, and it’s completely okay. What matters is that you come back, even if it’s slow, even if it’s gentle, even if it’s just 5 minutes. This is Day-1 of my little comeback, and in the next video I’ll share a few easy stretches and movements you can try if you’re just starting your practice again.
