@foodstories_in has been one of the best F&B offerings Hyderabad has witnessed in 2025 so far. While the store is good news for home chefs and cloud kitchens for sourcing the rarest and sourced-from-origin kind of food ingredients & more, their in-house cafe we discovered at a recent media interaction is equally fabulous. The cafe is right at the entrance with plenty of natural light streaming in through the glass facade of the store and the vibe is energetic and informal, read happy! Right from the refreshing Citrus Blast made out of fresh Valencia oranges, grapefruit and sweet lime to the Edamame Avocado Toast to the Smashed Potato Salad and the crisp Fried Chicken Strips with a hint of Sriracha sauce and Aioli, small plates were all palate pleasers. But the real banger was the Bare Burrito Bowl, a veritable Mexico on a plate: herbed rice with refried beans, guacamole, salsa, corn ribs, sour cream & nachos, this one was a winner! The Shroom Miso Linguini was equally good and the miso used in it is sourced from @brownkojiboy who is considered quite a miso maestro! Needless to say, the food tasted so good as it was made out of the the freshest vegetables & fruits sourced across the globe but assembled in-house! Instead of desserts, we opted for some coffee by @nandancoffee which is also one of their partner brands and it was fabulous coffee! I of course chose a Vietnamese iced coffee boba which was not on the Nandan menu. That’s what I love about Food Stories, they collaborate with organic food start ups offering you absolutely sterling, and the rarest of food materials!!#foodstories
