
Peshawri @itckohenur Hyderabad celebrated its first anniversary recently and we just couldn’t stay calm. Or rather, the senior management led by the GM Jitendra Taak ensured that all his guests had a gala time, beginning with the champagne tower to which we poured all our most spirited wishes, to the lovely spread which followed, of their trademark succulent kebabs such as Murgh Malai Kebabs, Subz Seekh, and my most fave Tandoori Jhinga, and of course the signature Daal Bukhara, which is everyone’s favourite! The Sikandri Raan was the highlight of the table and other than the champagne the star was the Not So Saada Paan, a Peshawri signature cocktail crafted out of gin, and paan leaf, with other delightful stuff making for a helluva happening drink! Kudos to chefs Aamer Jamal and Saaransh Bharadwaj for keeping the Peshawri legacy alive & vibrant in Hyderabad! On that note, cheers Doston! 🤗💜
