Paani Puri platter @gur.chini.hyd definitely ticks all the right boxes when it comes to a perfect paani puri eating experience, Sadi Dilli style.. karaari (crispness personified) puri, aloo masala ;with that perfect amachoor-mirchi-pyaaz-Dhania blend!) and last but certainly not the least, the Paani wvich is the ultimate game changer. I love the chilled, tangy and spicy green Pudina Paani with boondi pieces floating in it, which you get in Bengali Market, or anywhere on the streets in Delhi One bite of the puri with the paani and you are straight away in Jannat! Gur Chini presents the same Delhi experience, and I love the fact that there are offbeat paani like the Santre ka paani (made from freshly squeezed orange juice) and Hing Paani ;infused with asafoetida.
