What a truly magical evening at Posada Real Concejo Hospedería—a beautifully restored 17th-century palace tucked away in the heart of DO Cigales, in Valoria la Buena. The charm of the place was undeniable—stone walls, candlelit corners, and the scent of history in every room—but what made it unforgettable was the company—the people. 👉🏻 Surrounded by people I love, laughter echoing over glasses of incredible wine—the stories, the joy, the little moments (and yes, the eye masks!) made it all the more perfect. My heart is full. 👉🏻 Posada Real is the beautiful realisation of a winemaking family’s dream—14 unique rooms, each blending historic charm with modern comfort. The moment we checked in, it felt like stepping into a story. Later, we wandered hand in hand through their sun-kissed vineyards, the golden light of sunset wrapping around us. 👉🏻 We followed with a tasting in their beautifully appointed room—where regional character and family tradition come together in every glass. The ‘Crazy Donkey’ wines added a playful twist to the experience, both in story and in taste. The perfect finale?
