Stepped into the extraordinary at Nomme, India’s first Coffee Theatre in Hyderabad, where each cup is a performance and every dish tells a story. From the group that has given us Levant and Gourmet Baklava, the restaurant has a counter where you can buy the products of the latter. Located in the heart of Banjara Hills, Nomme blends Mediterranean, Italian, Lebanese and Pan-Asian flavours with theatrical flair. The restaurant has transparent pipes near the ceiling where you can see coffee beans being transported. Apart from being spectacular, it also fills the place with the aroma of coffee. The baristas craft the perfect brew with flair, lights and steam, coffee isn’t just served here; it’s an experience. The Café Latte I had was truly sublime. I had known Chef Hisham from earlier, and he treated me to some delightful Lamb Brisket, where the slow cooked lamb pieces just melt into the mouth. The Lamb Urfa Kabab transports you to the Levantine region. They have Asian dishes as well, the Kaffir Lime Chicken Dimsum was colourful.
