
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗜 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀. You know that manager who's always saying: "We need to work harder!" "Push through the challenges!" "Stay motivated!" "Just get it done!" Meanwhile, their team is drowning. Waiting weeks for approvals that should take hours. Fighting with systems that crash every day. "What tools do you need that you don't have?" Then they actually go fix these things. They streamline the approval process. They upgrade the systems. They cancel unnecessary meetings. They get their team the resources they need. Suddenly, the same "unmotivated" team becomes incredibly productive. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆.
