𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟✅ “Good leaders sometimes experience failure, while bad leaders sometimes enjoy success.” 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲. Because 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 isn’t measured solely by short-term wins — it’s 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 even when results don’t come easy. ✅ Good leaders fail because they take risks. ✅ They challenge the status quo. ✅ They prioritize people over optics. ✅ They try new ideas that don’t always work — and own the outcome. ❌ Bad leaders can still succeed — for a while. They might deliver impressive numbers, hit every KPI, and climb the ladder fast. But often it comes at a cost: – Burned out teams – Fear-based cultures – High turnover – Shallow success Because here’s the truth: 📉 Short-term success without long-term trust is a ticking time bomb. 📈 Failure, when handled with humility and reflection, is often where great leadership is born. It’s not about whether you fail. It’s about 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 when you do. Do you blame others? Or take responsibility? Do you hide? Or lean in and grow? 🎯 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲.
