Where are conflicts arising? ✅ They analyze workflows – What processes are working, and which need improvement? 3️⃣ They Seek to Understand the Full Picture 🧠 ✅ They ask the right questions – "Why is this happening?" "What’s the root cause?" ✅ They engage with different perspectives – They talk to team members, customers, and experts. 3.
