Here’s what real listening is not: ✖️ Waiting for your turn to speak ✖️ Interrupting mid-sentence ✖️ Trying to fix or correct the person immediately And here’s 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼: ✅ Stay fully present ✅ Resist the urge to interrupt ✅ Listen to understand, not just to respond ✅ Make people feel seen, heard, and safe This is why every great leader we admire — from Nelson Mandela to Satya Nadella — is an exceptional listener.
