They struggle with starting the critical conversation. They struggle with ending it. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼: - Unclear messaging for the receiver - Confusion around the expected behavior change And the issue remains unresolved, even after repeatedly sharing the feedback Eventually, some managers start avoiding feedback conversations altogether not because they don’t care, but because they don’t know how to give it effectively.
